Handy Conversations

Laurie Graham is a Hard of Hearing certified CHS SN ASL Instructor with more than 30 years experience in both the Educational and the ASL sectors. Her teaching is shaped by deep community experiences, and a passion for accessible communication.

 

Her background includes Freelance, and Educational Interpreting, 15 years as a Deafblind Intervenor and has provided Intervention support within a Deafblind Literacy Program.

 

She served as the Program Coordinator and Instructor for the Ottawa Carleton District School Boards General Interest ASL Courses, her Introduction to ASL Workshops, the Baby Sign and the ASL Summer Camp for Children at the Ottawa Deaf Center.
